ATC Wings
I joined a `wings` swap at the SA forum. I wanted to do something with Ingvilds Tutorial what a great technique with Heidi Swapp stamps, Liquid Applique and transparancies. And when I got the Pink Paislee Buttferly collection in the Scrapfever kit , it just all came together:
